Spanning approximately 2,968 square feet, the two-story home features three spacious bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a private study, and a residential elevator providing convenient access between levels. The open-concept floor plan was carefully designed to capture panoramic water views while filling the interior with natural light through expansive windows and generous outdoor living spaces.
At the heart of the home is a spacious great room anchored by a dramatic 48-inch linear gas fireplace, creating a striking focal point that complements the home's refined coastal aesthetic. How Custom Homes Come Together

Discovery & Design
We sit down with you, talk through the vision, and get the plans and selections in order.
Permitting & Site Prep
Permits are secured, the lot is cleared, and utilities are marked before work starts.
Foundation
Deep pilings or monolithic slabs are poured, then left to cure to engineered specifications.
Structural Framing
Steel-reinforced wood or block framing comes up from the slab and starts defining the home.
Roofing & Exterior
Roof systems, impact windows, doors, and exterior cladding go in to dry in the structure.
Mechanical Systems
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough-in are completed, then insulation and drywall follow.
Interior Finishes
Custom millwork, tile, cabinetry, fixtures, and other finish selections are installed.
Final Walkthrough
We review the punch list with the client and superintendent before certificate of occupancy.
Move-In Day
Certificate of Occupancy is secured. Keys are handed over. The home is ready.

All ESG Builds homes are built to meet or exceed current Florida Building Code requirements. That includes impact-rated windows and doors, plus engineered roof-to-wall connections.
Roofing Systems
We specify standing seam metal, concrete tile, and premium shingle systems for Coastal Florida homes. They are sealed, strapped, and built for long service in a tough climate.
Energy-Efficient Practices
Spray foam insulation, high-performance HVAC, Low-E impact glass, and whole-home ventilation all play a part. The goal is a home that stays comfortable and efficient over time.
Structural Engineering
