  1. Hello,

We own a lot in Seaside Landings on the south road. The back of the house is the north side. There are restrictions on what we can build (at least 1,800 s.f. under air). My wife and I really like the Hammock cottage on piers, but may not need to be as high. I believe we would need to enclose the garage area to meet their restrictions. Also, we also would need a porch on the back of the house similar to the one in the front of the house. Additionally, we will need to have access to the canal where our boat will be on a lift. One feature that we are permitted to do is cantilever the rear deck over the canal as we own to the middle of that canal.

The front of the house overlooks a preserve to the south that is not build-able, so will be a very nice view from the front porch. As the lots are smallish, we really don’t need anything on the sides as those houses will be quite close.

Anyway, more details later if we can meet to discuss this. We live in Jupiter so is an easy trip up I95 for about 3.5 hours.

We are retired and not looking for a huge house to care for, nor do we need expensive embellishments. However, we want it to be a nice, long term house for our retirement and to host our family visits with grandkids and dogs.
